TIPP* tax return

If you are a fuel retailer please update the following files according to the TIPP regionalization plan (Law / Administrative Ruling nr. 05-070 dated 22nd December 2005). Gas-station owners and operators of oil storage facilities having recently entered into a contract with Dyneff are concerned by the Declaration on honour joined below.

  • Duty-paid retailers are requested to fill in the form below (with / wihtout own storage capacity depending on your particular case) and send it to your local Customs and Excise Office.

  • Gas-station owners and operators of oil storage facilities having recently entered into a contract with Dyneff are requested to fill in the declaration on honour in attachment and to send it to your Dyneff commercial agency.
